If you can imagine, it is pretty difficult to eat asian cuisine when you're soy-free.
So, fear not! Getting creative in the kitchen, I've got two asian-inspired dishes here for you.
1.) PF-Changs Alike
A) AppleGate Humanely-Raised & Antibiotic-Free Chicken
B) Trader Joe's Organic Jasmine Rice
C) Trader Joe's Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce
(which is the same sauce you get when you order crab wontons from Pei Wei/PF Changs!)
BOOM!
2.) Filipino Chicken Adobo
A) This one has a lot of different spices.
B) Mainly, you need soy sauce. The substitute? Coco-Amino's. The result? AMAZING. [Read more on coco-amino's below!]
Voilá!
As you can see, you CAN eat asian when you are soy-free!
